Friends of the Collection

By supporting the Friends of the Collection, you help grow, care for, and diversify the PMA’s collection.

Please choose your donation amount below.

Founded by a group of visionary women in 1983, the Friends of the Collection has played an essential role in advancing diversity and equity at the PMA through the acquisition, conservation, and care of the collection and related programming.

Thanks to the generosity of the Friends of the Collection, the PMA is reaching a broader audience through the acquisition of works by artists including Ahmed Alsoudani, David C. Driskell, Edward Hopper, Louise Nevelson, Isamu Noguchi, Marguerite Zorach, and many others—helping the museum fulfill its Art for All mission and shaping an extraordinary collection of more than 20,000 works.

Join a dedicated group of supporters who help sustain the art and stories the PMA preserves for generations to come.

All gifts to the Portland Museum of Art are tax deductible to the full extent of the law. This contribution is not for membership.

If you are enrolling in a recurring gift, you are authorizing the PMA to automatically charge your card for your next donation without any additional action by you. To cancel, please contact the PMA at (207) 775-6148.
